Alex is a Principal at Senet, leading the firm's business advisory and compliance services. With deep expertise across strategy, risk, governance and AML/CTF compliance, she brings a rigorous, commercially grounded approach to helping organisations navigate complex regulatory environments.
Prior to Senet, Alex held senior advisory and strategy roles with KPMG Australia and KPMG Channel Islands, and with leading international and domestic financial institutions including ANZ, Santander and Abbey National, working across retail, corporate and commercial divisions in London, Jersey and across Europe. This breadth of experience across highly regulated industries informs the practical, solutions-focused advice she delivers to clients today.
At Senet, Alex works closely with clients to assess their end-to-end compliance and governance frameworks, supporting organisations to reduce regulatory risk, strengthen their approach to financial crime prevention and minimise gambling harm. She also provides a broad range of strategic and business advisory services, drawing on her management consulting, project management and gambling industry expertise to help clients build frameworks that meet their legal and regulatory obligations while supporting their broader business objectives.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a postgraduate Diploma in Market Modelling and a Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne, where she graduated in the top three of her class. She has lectured in AML/CTF at the University of Nevada Las Vegas International Gaming Institute and presented as a guest speaker at international gaming conferences. A qualified company director through the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Alex has served as a Non-Executive Director on a Victorian public hospital board, appointed by the Victorian Minister of Health, and continues to serve in a non-executive capacity. She is a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors and Global Gaming Women.
