José Gajardo

José is an Associate at Senet and assists in advising clients across all sectors of the gambling industry.
Prior to joining Senet, José completed a placement as a Foreign Associate at Minter Ellison and worked in the M&A and corporate team at the prestigious Chilean law firm Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego & Dörr. There, he assisted both local and international clients with their operations in the Chilean market, working fluently in English and Spanish.
José has experience across a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures in the natural resources, infrastructure, and entertainment industries, operating in both Chilean and Australian markets. He enjoys problem solving and tackling challenges, which has driven his decision to pursue his career further in the Australian legal industry.
He holds a Master of Laws (with Honours) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Universidad Diego Portales. José is admitted to practice law in Chile.
